Ross Phillips M.A., LMFT
Curiosity, a love of learning, and heartfelt communication have always guided me in my personal journey and in my work as a therapist.
I’m here to support individuals, couples, and families as they move through life’s challenges and explore ways to create more connection, clarity, and healing. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people facing a wide range of emotional and relational struggles, including those shaped by stress, dysfunctional coping mechanisms, and addiction. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and bring warmth, presence, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path to the therapeutic space.

Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental stance are important qualities for therapy. Studying and working as an entrepreneur overseas for 30 years has given me good insight into the challenges of expat life. I use talk therapy, Brainspotting and other modalities for trauma, anxiety, and stress. I have an integrated approach using mindfulness and spirituality when appropriate to help with anxiety, depression, and existential issues. I have in-depth experience working with individuals and families suffering from Drug and Alcohol Abuse. Sessions are conducted via teletherapy with individuals, couples, and families.
